This souvenir sterling silver spoon is a great find with fantastic depictions of George Washington's home on the Potomac, Mt Vernon on one side of the handle and bowl and the tomb on the back of the handle. A double sided cartouche rests at the top of the bowl, George and Martha Washington on one side and the American flag on the other. The spoon is fully hallmarked with "STERLING" and an Indian Head, which was used by International Silver Co., US. It would make a wonderful addition to an antique sterling silver souvenir spoon collection and a lovely gift. Dates from the 1920's.
Condition: Pre-owned, excellent condition with no dents, scratches or pitting and the design is well delineated.
