PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:

Payment is expected at time of sale when using electronic payment. Your order may be cancelled if electronic payment is not received at the time of sale. Other payment methods are expected within 5 business days.
•If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price.
•We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days.
•You will need to ship the item back to the shop within 3 days of the acknowledgement: The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and shop owner.
•After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.
SHIPPING /INSURANCE POLICY:
Your item will be shipped by next business day after cleared payment.
Shipping quotes are Domestic USPS First Class Mail Parcel or Parcel Post and International First Class Mail...please contact me for other shipping options such as UPS.
Buyer pays for actual shipping and insurance. There is never a handling charge.
Your item will be mailed after verified clearance of your Personal or Business check (please allow up to 10 banking days) and after actual funding of PayPal "E-Check" (please allow 5 banking days). If you pay with money orders or credit cards (via Pay Pal), your item will be mailed by the next business day following receipt of funds in our accounts. PayPal, Google Checkout and all credit card purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses only; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your purchase order.
In addition, IF the shipping calculator does not take into account the correct weight/size of the item (oversized items packed) and gives you an incorrect shipping price, we will adjust it. For packages over 12 inches USPS may consider the package a large size and the cost is often higher.
Shipping costs when purchasing more than one item can most times be combined. Please do not pay until you are sent a new total.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and associated charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. All customs documentation will be filed accurately and items will be described as is. Thank you for your consideration of this matter.
NOTES ON INVENTORY:
Many of the shop's treasures are described as Vintage; these items were loved and cared for from a previous time. We do our best in describing these items as best we can, and will disclose any and all noted flaws of previously owned items. As they have been pre-owned please note that they will have expected wear from age. Please feel free to inquire further and request additional photos.
